Comfortable, snug cottage in a fantastic location 😀 - Every time I needed something, it was there! Kitchen utensils, glasses, dog stuff, bird books, maps - the cottage was perfect 😞 - N/a

We loved staying at Sycamore cottage. The views from the windows are amazing and in a great location for exploring the Cairngorms further. The cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.
Briony was a great host and gave clear instructions and felt right on hand (even though we didn’t need anything).
We would definitely stay again!

Such a lovely cottage. It was clean and had everything I needed. The wood stove was so nice at night.

Briony & Matrin's location instructions were very clear and they helped answer my questions on using public transport.

Surrounded by beautiful mountains and can see a beautiful starry night sky. It's a great place to relax and enjoy nature. I had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Really happy I choose this place over others to be honest, even though we were out most of the time it was lovely to come back to and such a perfect size for couples

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is within east reach of Avimore and Grantown so there’s plenty to do without having to travel very far. It’s also super well equipped and warm - perfect for a relaxing in after a day spent hill walking.
Briony and Martin also recommended the local village Ceilidh for Hogmanay - it was so much fun!

Beautiful warm, cozy cottage in a great location. Hosts were super helpful and friendly. The cottage had everything we needed and we felt completely at home. It was spotlessly clean and I would highly recommend.

A lovely spot, with great walks. Briony and Martin were extremely helpful and amicable. Would recommend if you want a calm and peaceful stay close to Inverness and the Cairngorms.

Fantastic stay at sycamore cottage. Perfect little getaway for 2 if you’re looking for somewhere relaxing to unwind. Log burning fire was a favourite making for very cosy evenings. Briony and Martin were very friendly and happy to answer any questions, would recommend!

Such lovely hosts who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, which we really appreciated. The cottage is lovely and perfect for a few days away in Aviemore. The bed is also extremely comfy! Thank you both, will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful little cottage in a stunning part of the world. Lot's of stunning walks from 10-25 minute drive away. Nice to come back to a wood burning stove and really nice, well equipped kitchen. Also slept like a log. Bed 10/10.

We had a truly enchanting stay at Briony's B&B. The attention to detail throughout the entire place was impeccable, and we thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen while spending our evenings cozily nestled in front of the fireplace. I recommend this charming B&B and look forward to returning in the future🥰

Fabulous walks without having to get in the car. Loads of things to do locally. Superb wildlife to be spotted in the area. And absolutely loved the birds at the bird table 😊

Beautiful little cottage in lovely countryside. We loved having the log burner to warm us up, and it was great waking up to see the birds on the feeders in the garden - including a woodpecker in the early morning!

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. We managed a forrest walk each day and enjoyed return to our cosy wee cottage to chill out every evening. The cottage was well-equipped, and Briony kindly met us when we arrived. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

If you have to choose a place to stay in Scotland, this is it ! A very nice appartment where we would of stay longer. We wanted to stay at this house just to relax and enjoy more of the walking, the tranquility of the surroundings. Host very friendly and helpful. A kitchen incredible, wow ! We definitively recommand this magnificient place!

Very responsive host with a lovely cosy cottage. Ideal location for walks around loch garten or anything in the Aviemore area. We really enjoyed the additional touch of bird feeders outside our window. Would recommend to anyone.

Het verblijf in het huisje was geweldig! Het huisje is goed verzorgd en onderhouden. Aan de gebruikte materialen kan ik zien dat ze niet bespaard hebben op de voorzieningen. Briony was altijd aardig en gaf tips voor locaties voor mijn nacht fotografie.

A lovely quiet cottage with comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, even bathrobes! Loved the bird feeders and wood stove. Great spot to explore Cairngorms and relax after hiking. Briony is lovely and even gave us fresh eggs! Highly recommended

Na een warm welkom hebben we ons thuis gevoeld in de mooie cottage. Vanaf hier zijn veel activiteiten te bereiken. Er ontbreekt niks in het huisje!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. Well organised and thought out, making it a perfect base for a day of hiking or exploring. Well equipped kitchen, cosy living area to relax in and a bath to soak in. Briony is so helpful and welcoming and gave us some great ideas for exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a very restful few days at the Cosy Cottage apartment. It was very well equipped and a lovely, easy space to relax in. The private outside space meant we had somewhere to sit to take in the views.

Great cottage with views over the Cairngorms. 10 minute walk to Boat of Garten and short drive to Aviemore. Everything is very new. We really enjoyed our stay.

Accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and to recharge after travels. It was immaculate. Briony went above and beyond greeting us and offering to assist moving in. Location is perfect with a vehicle. You can access Speyside, Abernethy and Cairngorms with beautiful drives and return to a home away from home. Travelled with a small baby.

Had a lovely weekend away at Brionys accommodation. The accommodation and location was perfect. Everything was nice and clean and Briony was on hand when we arrived. A great host who communicated with us from the off and was very responsive. I’d highly recommend Briony as a host and her accommodation too. Looking forward to a trip back in the future.
